Who doesn’t want an increased lifetime donor value and higher retention rates? Consider recurring gifts. A recurring gift involves donors who invest in your organization on a monthly bases. For nonprofits who are collecting donations monthly, those dollars tend to go further because those donors will more than likely give again and even increase their donation amount. There are monthly giving programs and websites out there to make recurring gifts easier for donors to increase their giving annually and develop stronger ongoing relationships with your nonprofit.
TAILORED EXPERIENCES THAT ARE DATA-DRIVEN
Fundraisers are essential for nonprofits because they provide the organization with funds and they allow the organization to collect information about their donors, like how they give and why they give. Now is the time to utilize this intel. Make 2016 your year. Collect donor data and use it! Provide your donors with the best experience and build relationships. There is no doubt that branded experiences and tailored messages increase average donations and effectively engage donors.
